Ambiguous and silly quotes

Is this what happens when people speak spontaneously. They speak without thinking? They speak in tongues? haha. :)

"Ladies are requested not to have children at the bar."

"MIDNIGHT BOWLING SATURDAY AT 9 P.M." --> Makes sense huh.

"SAFETY FIRST: Please put on your seat belt - prepare for accident." --> Contradictory!

"We can repair anything. (Please knock hard on the door - the bell doesn't work.)" --> Close shop please -_-''

"I would say that anything that is indecent and violent in TV is a crime against humanity and they should shoot the head man responsible." --> How does this work?

"I may be dumb, but I'm not stupid." --> Is it true that when you're dumb.. you can only become 'dumber'...

"We didn't lose, we weren't beaten, we just came in second." --> Admit it! You lost

"We all get heavier as we get older because there's a lot more information in our heads." --> hahaha. If you're heavy/ fat you're smart. =)

Been quite happy today despite this week being a busy week. 2 mid sems, 1 presentation and a book review. To date..none's done yet. 2 going to be done tomorrow and the other 2 on Thursday. Melvin received his birthday present from Adrian today and Da Yong also had his share of fun. =p
