Often we follow opinion leaders and base our actions on their perspective. We do this because, they are more experienced and it is more convenient to conform with the norm. I would like to put forward a question then.. "when you act based on others opinion, do you feel the same sense of achievement and achievement?". People today do so much to fit in.. yet they forget why they want to fit in. They want recognition and attention. In short, they want friends. This is the part I'm confused with. What easier way is there to get recognition and attention?.. it is to be different, unique or special. I totally can't understand why then that they need to be a copy of something. It's so contradictory.
There's a saying that goes " no matter what you do, you will not be able to please everyone..". So do what you want, there will be some that agrees with you and some that don't. Interestingly those that agree with your stance will become your true friend rather than the 'fit in friend'... The reason being, you are being your true self and your friends become friends with you because of your character, not because you tried to be someone else.
In the end, the question is .. "what is your stand" or "do you have a stand"???

Today I played badminton with Lawrence and his group. This time it is at Queen's park. It was quite fun. I got tired really quick today.. really start to wonder where my stamina went. Uni? oh.. and another thing I found was.. cravings are hard to fight off. hahaha. ice cream.. mc flurry?? lol maybe chocolates too.
